Do I need the Assessment first?

Not required, but most people start with the free Longevity Assessment so your plan has a clear baseline.

Is this medical care?

Membership is educational optimization support — Priority Snapshot, written plans, automated weekly check-in, clarity guides, peer community, and pre-recorded Q&A. It is not a clinic, not continuous monitoring, and not crisis coverage. The private member group is peer education; hosts keep the room orderly. Clinical care, when available, is a separate Heally lane. Prescriptions and advanced Care are separate.

Are clinician visits included in Optimize today?

Not in day-one membership marketing. Visit entitlements belong to the Care era when Heally booking is live. Until then, Optimize sells Snapshot, plan, clarity tools, community, and Q&A — plus a soft Care waitlist. When Care opens, visit-only is $89 and member extras are $59; unused visits do not roll over. Prescriptions, labs, and advanced Care stay separate.

Do members get all Health Pillars?

Should I get labs before joining?

We recommend the free Assessment first. If the recommendations feel right, comprehensive labs can be added later when Care is live — billed separately. We’d rather earn your confidence before you pay for testing.
